In this episode we discuss common ways that bodybuilding can positively and or negatively affect your mental health. We then transition to discussing our own personal battles with mental health, and how bodybuilding fit into that, and how we have become the men we are today. We get especially vulnerable with our audience on this episode, but if it helps even a single person, its well worth it. We hope you enjoy, take something useful away from it, and share it online or specifically with anyone that you think could benefit from this episode. We will be recording a follow-up Mental Health Episode to this that focuses more on the role that PED's and prep specifically can play in the things we discuss in this episode, so stay tuned for that as well if you are a competitive bodybuilder and or someone that has invited PED's into their life.

Welcome to Meatheads on Gray Street aka MOGS! We are four bodybuilders and bodybuilding+lifestyle coaches of different backgrounds that are here to deliver raw, brutally honest perspectives that we believe will benefit others in the bodybuilding realm.
